Since the starting quarterback Dak Prescott can’t attend the last preseason, the Dallas Cowboys need to another quarterback off the bench.
On September 1st, the Cowboys signed Jerrod Johnson. Johnson, just left the Baltimore Ravens on Monday, does have any experience of the NFL game since lost an election in 2011.
Johnson appeared in two preseason games for Baltimore, going 2-for-8 for 19 yards and an interception.
With Tony Romo confirmed to be absent for some time, the Cowboys will need to sign an experienced veteran quarterback this weekend. The team had Austin Davis in for a workout, but it doesn’t appear he will be the choice for that role.
